Once it comes time to actually repair the silencer, you’ll need to first head back to the safe house. Once you’re there, go to the weapon cache and highlight the weapon with the silencer you want to repair. Next you want hit modify on the weapon to bring up a menu with several different aspects of the gun. One of the options will be the silencer, so select that and it will bring up the available silencers you can equip. Highlight the silencer you have equipped and you will see that it will allow you to repair the silencer for a certain price, with the price being relative to how much the silencer has been worn down.
