Need guidance and don't know where to start?
Your first consultation with Silver Celebrations is ALWAYS free. After that, it is $60/hour, and can be applied towards cost of event services, after contract is signed.
Proposal Planning
We know how stressful this can be! We can help it go off without a hitch, by helping you find photographers, vendors, location scouting, and set up! Let us help make it a day to remember forever.
$350 flat fee, or cost (floral, decor, setup, music, photos, etc.) + 10%.
FULL WEDDING PLANNING + DESIGN PACKAGE
$4,500
Designed for those that have a vision for their special day but need professional help with the entire process to ensure that it is carried out to perfection. Most couples also don’t have the time to devote to the full planning process, from the vendor selection to final billing. Leave the planning, negotiating, decorating, & execution to us, so you can enjoy this season, and have fun! We work from beginning to end to help you find vendors and venues, work with caterers, rentals, event design, transportation and hotel assistance, entertainment booking, manage budgets and timelines, and get all details planned, including the actual set-up, execution, and strike the day of. This also includes the rehearsal dinner, if desired.
This package includes:
• Unlimited hours of coordination
• Unlimited phone/email communication
• 4 in person intensive planning meetings and walkthroughs
• Detailed wedding layout, timeline and ceremony/reception schedule creation
• Help to create wedding vision/design, and use that design to recommend all vendors that fall within the right budget/style for the couple.
• Assist with save the dates/invitations
• Personalized budget breakdown
• Assist with out of town accommodations (lodging, transportation, etc)
• Coordination of rehearsal (1 hour the day before the wedding – Rehearsal Dinner Planning Packages are available as an add-on)

• Full access to Aisle Planner – this is an online planning tool that is really helpful to our couples. The best part is that you have 24 hour access, and anyone else you want to have access to this can as well, from bridal party, to parents, etc.

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

Perfect for those that know what they want, and have handled some of the execution/contracts already. This package gives you guidance on the partial planning that you’ve already done, to bring everything together. This is the most flexible package, as it gives you the opportunity to concentrate on the parts that you WANT to plan, while passing over the things to us that you don’t.
This package includes:
• Unlimited phone/email communication during business hours
• 2 in person planning meetings
• Recommend vendors/assist with selection of those not already booked

Beginning 6 weeks before the wedding, we work with you to make the transition smooth, and make sure all your hard work and time isn’t all for nothing.
